Infinity Coordination & Supports
About Us
Our Mission
“To empower and include all people in our community to live the lives they choose”
Our Story
We are a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred supports to participants in Albury Wodonga and the Benalla region in north-east Victoria, including Mansfield, Wangaratta and Shepparton. Services we offer include support coordination, supported independent living (SIL), short term accommodation, personal care, domestic assistance, support for community engagement activities and we also offer a day program in Albury.
Infinity Coordination & Supports provides a unique approach to supporting people with disability to reach their goals, make connections and participate in the community.
Having worked in various roles in the disability and community service sectors for over 20 years, our Chief Executive Officer, Tammi Ritchie, had the opportunity to meet and work with many wonderful people with a disability and their families.
Through listening to and learning from their experiences, Tammi became acutely aware of the way services are often delivered to suit corporate goals or budgets and the gaps that exist in service availability, particularly in our rural and regional areas.
Tammi then nurtured a dream to set up her own business to deliver services to people with a disability in a more personalised and dignified way respecting the wishes of individuals to have services delivered according to their choice. So, in January 2021, she did just that and established Infinity Coordination & Supports.
And so much has happened in a short period of time (amazing how far passion, commitment and sheer hard work can take you). In just a few hectic months, Infinity Coordination & Supports has successfully become a registered NDIS provider; commenced delivery of Supported Independent Living (SIL) services; secured properties to offer Short Term Accommodation and Respite services in Albury Wodonga; developed a collaboration agreement with Home in Place to secure speciality disability housing options; opened new offices in Benalla and Lavington; and started a much-loved day program. During this time, support coordination and delivery of personalised services and supports to community participants has also grown significantly.
Tammi would be the first to tell everyone she hasn’t achieved all this on her own. Many staff, as passionate and committed as Tammi, have been recruited to the team and have brought with them a whole range of skills, expertise, and experience to further enhance the delivery of person-centred services to all our participants. Tammi’s childhood friend, Joda, has been just as passionate in establishing the office in Benalla.
We all look forward to what the future may bring – not only for us but for our participants as well.
