Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is where a provider with an SDA approved property leases accommodation to a person with disability. The SDA provider will set and collect rent and repair and maintain the home, just like a standard rental arrangement.
Infinity Coordination & Supports’ Supported Independent Living services (often known as SIL), provide the opportunity for people with NDIS funding to live as independently as possible, either in shared accommodation or as a single occupant in their own home, while receiving supports to help them with daily living.
