Oversees the day-to-day operations and growth of Infinity, working closely with other providers, team members and the community to ensure quality supports. Dad to 2 young boys, a mad keen runner, keeping himself busy on the weekends renovating.
Tammi Ritchie
Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years of supporting people in the local region, Tammi’s passion has led to the creation of Infinity Coordination & Supports. Tammi is most passionate about supporting all people and ensuring that everyone has opportunities, a safe, supportive place to work, and providing individualised and unique support delivery options for all participants. A mad Carlton fanatic.
Mel Carmody
General Manager
Born & raised here on the border, with a background in media & running her own businesses, Mel knows how to lead a team, connect with people, and turn great ideas into action. She keeps it local, personal, and always puts participants first.
Shae-lee Ritchie
Services Operations Manager
Having been a Support Worker for the majority of her career (other than a short stint in hospo) Shae-lee is passionate about helping people and leading her team of DSW’s & loves to make a difference in participants lives, she is across all service provisions across the company, particularly our SIL Homes.
Julia Crosthwaite
Accounts Receivable Administrator
Starting out as a temp answering the phones a few years back, quickly becoming our full time admin superstar before moving across into the finance team. Julia is known to many of our participants for having a happy go easy personality, nothing is too much trouble for her, she now fills her days with numbers and spreadsheets.
Bron Scott
Admin
Keeping things running smoothly in the Albury office, Bron is the friendly voice on the end of the phone & your first point of contact, helping our HR Department & keeping compliance records up to date amongst many other things keeping her on her toes.
Darren Ellis
Quality and Compliance
Darren has taken on a new career and challenge in changing from a 30-year career in telecommunications. In his spare time, you may find Darren riding his Harley.

Rostering Coordinator
Chanelle has had experience a DSW and now joined the busy world of rostering, keeping all staff and participants happy.
Teresa Symons
Community Services Supervisor
Teresa started her career at Infinity and has worked across most areas. from DSW, Support Coordination, and now Community Team leader. Teresa looks after our Albury Wodonga & Benalla Community Teams.
Melanie Kantarias
Support Coordination
Mel has been with us for a number of years working as a DSW & Team Leader in our SIL Homes & now working in COS her passion is supporting families with complex medical and support needs. Mel’s extensive nursing background is a valuable asset to Infinity.
David Moloney
Support Coordination
Based in our Albury office David helps participants understand their NDIS plans and helping them reach their goals. Practical, reliable, & person-centred, he’s all about real results and genuine support.

Tammi has vast experience across all areas of the NDIS, based in our Benalla office Tammi has a get it done attitude and doesn’t take no for an answer – always putting her participants first.
